Enamel chip repair 'touch-up' paint with full instructions

We can only post enamel touch up paint within mainland UK.
These pots (12ml) of specialist paint hide enamel chips effectively.

Enamel cannot be 'repaired' like for like. It is coloured glass melted on to cast iron. If you'd prefer to replace rather than paint we can re-enamel a whole door for you. When using the colours please be aware that an exact match is not always possible. If in doubt please test on an inconspicuous area first.

On a conventional Aga range cooker the black paint is fine anywhere; the colours are limited to 60°C though and not suitable for the hob or lids. If your chips are on a flat surface like the hob then you will need to fill them first.

You'll struggle to fill chips on corners so it is easier to simply paint these; if you're the artistic type do give it a try though, carefully moulded you can do a good job. See our illustrated 'how to' guide.

**For deeper chips  select the add-on enamel filler product in the 'Add-on Product' section below.**

Drawing of Matthew from Blake & Bull - our range cooker expert "If we use these paints to do a repair whilst onsite we always challenge the customer to find all the chips again afterwards, most find it a challenge even when they knew where they all were before!" Matthew{meet our friendly team}
