Meet Sue!
Sue is the Customer Happiness Manager here at Blake & Bull, and she is one of the main points of contact for our lovely customers. Every time we receive an email, message, call or new review, Sue (alongside Beth) will get back to each enquiry as quickly as possible. Sue also ensures everything runs smoothly in the office, including the most important job of making sure the kitchen is always fully stocked with tea, coffee, plenty of biscuits and of course pastries for our showroom visitors interested in converting or re-enamelling their cooker!
"Hi I’m Sue, Customer Happiness Manager here at Blake & Bull! I started with the company just over two years ago picking and packing in the warehouse. I now work alongside the lovely Beth to make sure all your telephone calls, emails and messages get answered as quickly as possible.
When I’m not chatting to our lovely customers I like to crochet, darn and mend things. I also love the theatre and can’t wait to go and see a live show again! I also have a secret interest in pylons."
