What a treat for Philip this week to be on site 'geographically sandwiched' between two of the UK's most wonderful parks, The Yorkshire Dales & The Peak District.
This job saw the transformation of an Aga range cooker from buttery cream enamel to stunning Pillar Box Red. Both colours ranking quite high in our survey results so far! Have you filled it in yet?! We would love your input, and you will be gifted a £5 voucher (when you spend over £25) to spend before Sunday Midnight for your efforts!
This modern cooker was in really good shape, but it does illustrate quite how much wear the roasting oven gets compared to the lower simmering oven over time. Splashes from roasting at high temps, burn onto the aluminium over time.
A good spring scrub up with our cleaning kit, or a replacement to 'worry free' non-stick linerswill bring your doors back to life!
I love the style in this home, easy going & bright country living. This look is brought to life by the colour choice for the re-enamel..
How fab does this Pillar Box Red look with that little red tractor! Satisfying too to see the plump new lid liner rope sealsin place, compared with the flattened old ones seen above, these will last longer due to their wire mesh coating and retain a whole lot more heat!
