They have been throughly tried and tested here at HQ, as Matthew's Yorkshire pudding recipe went up against mine! I was tense whilst Matthew was quietly (smugly) confident! As you can see I was quite messy, deliberately of course! Putting the tray to the test on the non-stick front. The tray was scorching hot as I poured, as per Matthew's triumphant recipe, and the little globules still did not stick.
Happy also to provide proof that you can indeed cook fabulous food in an Electrikit converted Aga range cooker, even the most tricky of recipes!

The techy bit!
- Made with 1mm thick steel as a base it has great heat distribution and is strong enough to cope with the radiant heat without warping.
- No need to use a dishwasher, aside from it being too harsh a cleaning method, you simply will not need to! Residue just washes off! Dry with a soft tea towel.
- The non-stickiness is a dual layer and internally reinforced 'Whitford Eclipse' coating. Some marks on the underside of the edges where the tray contacts the oven runners are normal and won't affect the life of the tray.
- It is oven (phew), fridge, and freezer safe.
