It’s a work in progress but we couldn’t resist sharing these first pictures of a very special Blake & Bull delivery all the way to Norway for @villawessel – the incredible renovation of an 1898 Swiss style house in beautiful Trysil approximately 120 miles North of Oslo.
It’s special not just because of it’s location, but as you can see, they’ve chosen the wonderful combination of Pewter enamel, that is complimented perfectly by the copper, rather than the usual chrome finish to the hardware on the traditional pre-1972 standard model Aga range cooker that we’ve completely restored and re-enamelled for them along with our complete transformation of the internals too.
We’re sure it’ll be a wonderful companion year round, but especially in the winter months which it’s fair to say are somewhat chillier than our own as you’ll see if you swipe across - but with their new cooker keeping things cosy on the inside, and the remarkable display of the Northern Lights outside we can’t think of many places we’d rather be mid-winter!
We can’t wait to see it all finished!
