We're not quite managing our normal level of service sorry at the moment. We are 33 people (and hiring!) but don't have redundancy in every area and currently have a lot of illness, holiday and weddings (hooray!) affecting the team.
We are taking 1-3 days to get back to people. If you call this will usually be a bit quicker! I'm so very sorry, its not a reflection on our normal service. I think this is the first time I have ever had to write a post like this!
I should be back to normal tomorrow (Wednesday) after a day spent with an ill baby daughter and our stricken (fractured ankle) customer service leader Sue will be back on Thursday - we'll begin to catch up from there!
