Description:
Don’t let all of those delicious roast beef juices go to waste. Savour every last drop with a gravy that’s easier to make than you think!

Method:

Pour off all but 2 tbsp of the fat from your beef joint roasting tin.

Stir in 2 tbsp flour, then blend in the stock - maybe adding in a spoonful of wine - and then the Dijon mustard.

Stir well then put the tin onto the floor of the roasting oven for 5 minutes.
- Stir and return to the oven for 5 more minutes and the gravy will be boiling and thickened, ready to stir and serve.
