We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Lambs Ear for the refurbishment and I am sure it won't be too long before we become used to the differences in cooking methods resulting from the conversion.
Preet proved to be an excellent operative. He contacted us when traffic delayed his expected arrival, he worked extremely hard from the moment he arrived and was polite and cheerful regarding all aspects of his work. He cleaned up so well that, aside from our very handsome 'new' Aga, we wouldn't have known he had been here. He is certainly a good ambassador for your company. Please convey our thanks to him."
