Need to return something? You have 365 days (yes really!) to return some or all of your order to us for any reason at all for a full refund as long as it is unused and in resalable condition!
Remove the cap and insert the reeds. Place your reed diffuser where people will pass by throughout the day as this encourages fragrance circulation. If you like a fuller fragrance use all of the reeds provided or for a lighter scent use fewer reeds.
Flip the reeds for more fragrance. Please keep in mind the more frequently the reeds are flipped the faster the fragrance oil will evaporate. Heat will also increase the rate of evaporation so keep the diffuser out of direct sunlight and away from radiators etc.
Do not place directly onto wooden, painted, varnished, plastic, leather surfaces or electrical equipment as accidental spillages can cause damage to certain materials. We would advise that you place the reed diffuser on a coaster or mat.
When flipping the reeds we would recommend doing so over a sink and clean up any spillage.
