Electricity Supply Requirements for Electrickit Advanced Electric Aga cookers
Installation of the electricity supply for your Electrickit Advanced converted Aga cooker must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. We would normally expect to receive a copy of the minor works certificate.
Cooker switch should be an accessible outlet box in adjacent cupboard, within 30cm of the Aga range cooker. The isolator should not be positioned immediately above or behind the cooker, but must be fitted no more than 1ft / 30cm away from the appliance.
Do you have a module/companion conventional cooker?
You need an additional supply for the conversion. You cannot use the module supply for the Aga unless you want to remove the module, and only when the supply has been tested as sufficient.
